How To Make Fairy Cup-Cakes

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°Fan 180°Gas.
  2. Measure the butter in one bowl and the sugar in the other(see why later),mix the butter and sugar till it's creamy.(after mixing scrape down the sides using the spatula)
  3. Crack the eggs in the butter bowl to check for egg-shells, then add the eggs in with the butter and sugar mixture.And mix it for 10seconds.
  4. In the bowl you weighed the sugar in, weigh the flour. Once you weighed the flour add in the baking powder and give it a little mix. Then add it to the mixture and mix it.
  5. Then add the vanilla extract and mix.
  6. Line the muffin tray with the cup-cake cases.
  7. Then evenly put the mixture in the cupcake cases, about 2/3 up the cup-cake cases, using the two spoons (shown in the picture below) or the ice-cream scoop.
  8. Then bake for 20min.
  9. Then after twenty minutes take the cupcakes out, you may need an adult for this one, ask the adult to use a cloth or oven gloves to take out the cupcakes.
  10. Take out the cup-cakes from the muffin tray using a spoon to lift up the bottom of a cup-cake.
  11. set all the cup-cakes out on a tray to cool whilst the cup-cakes are cooling tidy up.
